We want you to be delighted with your Christmas gifts. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Personalized or custom-made gifts are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label for eligible items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gift arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, clearance items, and perishable goods (e.g., holiday-themed food baskets) are non-returnable.
